Not necessarily knee-specific, but regular yoga and stretching (just 15-30 mins a few days a week) have really helped me avoid pain and injury in general. I started doing this seriously about 6 months ago and could tell a huge difference within weeks.

I'm happiest at 135-140 but am around 145 right now and that's still not too bad. GW is 135.

About an hour, 5 days a week. Usually 40 mins cardio, 15-20 mins weight training. I do group fitness classes 2-3 times a week that combine those things also.

I can offer a few tips based on my personal experience. I couldn't do more than about three pushups in a row at first. I worked my way up to 10, then 12, and 15.
