I wt in. just restarted my workouts and what not. Just bough a house, and it didn't help with diet. Now things are slowing down its time to be who God wants me to be!

I have hypothyroidism and have been struggling for quite some time with my weight especially with my weight yo-yoing all the time which can make a lady very sad and depressed.
I would love to join this challenge. Thank you for starting this up! I need all the help I can get.

I heard you are allowed to eat back your calories you earned with exercise, but my hubby says if I really want to lose weight to not eat those calories at least not at first anyway.0

I don't usually eat back my calories unless we have a big or special dinner planned. Obviously you will lose more if you don't.0 -

I want to play too ... I know I am a week behind, but this will give me the incentive to work that bit harder. I havent weighed myself for a month as I have been hiding from my bad eating habits, but today is the day this will all change.
I have seen some really inspirational posts on here with some amazing pictures. I want to be one of those stories!!
I will weigh myself tonight and post later (uh oh!!)... roll on Aug 20th!
