  • I only recently started walking and decided to do so in the evening. Unfortunatly my the time evening comes I am worn out so I am thinking of switching to morning. Perhaps if I DO IT first thing then i don't have to worry about trying to FIT IT IN.
  • I am just starting myself as well. My biggest problem is energy. I cannot afford a gym membership so I am on my own basically. Hubby is supportive in so far as he is not condenscending but he certainly is not helpful either. I am 43 and really starting to feel much older.
