Week 7 day one completed yesterday. Yippee!!! At the beginning I gave myself a target to graduate by 2nd August, a lofty goal at the time as it wouldn't include any repeats but great Scott I might actually do it!! You are all doing amazing, it's so motivating to see how well everyone else is doing.

I'm on the latter stages of the programme at week 7. But check out the couch to 5k group on here there is a massive amount of support there and I think it makes all the difference.

Week 6 day 3 done. Def can see the end in sight and after getting over the mental block of not believing I could run for 20 minutes straight, I now feel like completing this programme might actually be achievable for me!

I ate an entire medium dominos pizza on Sunday night waiting for mine to arrive. It's finally here today and my appetite the a line backer would struggle with has finally slunk away. Did I need an entire pizza..... Yes. Was it awesome...... Double yes.

Thanks for all the great feedback guys I really appreciate it. It's great to hear what everyone else does, I think for the moment as my weight loss has slowed I'll be extra vigilant but in the long run I would like to be a little more flexible once the weight is off x

Oh now if that's the whoosh fairy he is more than welcome to stalk my scale!!! Muchas Gracias for the mid afternoon hot man pick me up xx

Are you in the UK? There is a anti perspirant called Driclor. That's what's worked for me. You put it at night and wash it off in the morning, then put your normal deodorant on. Works like a charm on me.
