  • I don't know if it's an option where you live but these days I get my shopping delivered. Makes a massive difference to what i buy and I make sure I only place my order when I am in well behaved diet mode. If I went near the grocery store I dont tend to get past the bakery section. Just a thought. C x

  • I have 28 pounds to lose, that I gained back after losing it all last year. I'll plod away at it but it was looking back at last years stats that surprised me, some weeks it was 1lb some weeks it was 6lbs so was just wondering if everyone else found it a bit up and down.

  • I had this exact same thing happen to me. My last run was a disaster and left me feeling flat but today I totally killed it. A whole 5k and at a 6% incline too. Don't let the bad run take away all the amazing progress you have made to date x
