Never even thought of something like this. I suppose it would work for what you're trying to achieve, but I'm sure theres a better way. Someone earlier suggested packing portable things to eat and I think thats personally the best way to go.

I wouldnt call it a "blow it" day, but i eat a little more on thursday then I would on any other day cause its 4 mile thursday within my group of gym buddies (we do 4 miles on the elliptical) and I know I can afford a few extra calories. this. I sometimes use MFPs general estimate, but I never ever eat all of my calories back. I try to hit 1200-1300 a day when I have "big burns" from mfp, just to make sure I dont over eat and sabotage myself.

if you dont think your underweight then who cares what anyone else thinks? its your body, not theirs! I feel like 130 for a 5'4 frame is not underweight at all. If you're really concerned, just ask your doctor, I'm sure they will have a more definitive, helpful answer than anyone on the MFP forums.

just got let go from a deli that practive these same things. We take old rotisseries that have been sitting for hours, pick the breast meat, use it for our "fruit & nut chicken salad" even if its been sitting in the walk in for days. THEN whatever is left after a week or so gets packaged to sell as "salad" topping chicken.

I'm 5'9 with a GW of 165 (: This is me at 275 taken on 2/28/13. I look awful and I didnt realize the underwire in my bra was so screwed up LOL. This is me at 261.2 on 5/3/13, just about 14 lbs down. My last weigh in I was 256.6, bringing me to about 18 lbs lost, I'm waiting to hit the 20 mark for my next pic. (:
