No way, that's not something I want to stress about

Lol hard not to be, but he's so helpful ... follow his advice, ull find success
-
Thanks for the answer! Can you explain BCAA or other supplements that are good?
-
What's their purpose @gymzonian
-
If this is a a new regimen for you u will retain water. You need to stay patient and get away from the scale. However the 1000 k deficit is not sustainable
-
are you still losing weight with "over eating" at dinner?
-
I travel all the time and I always choose salads or vegetable dishes with meat but stay away from the breads appetizers etc
-
I know the key to weight loss is deficit, but what's a LEGIT fat burner that's out there?
-
Oh darling, if u think weight loss is linear and that your body will do as you wish, prepare to shed some more tears, more like an ocean. What caused the 2 lbs jump? Is it that time of the month? Did you eat something salty previous days? Did you push extra hard in the gym knowing weigh-in day was coming up? I mean any of…
-
its very true. eat less (in macros or calories) than you burn and you shall have weight loss
-
There's no way I'm obsessing over spices and some tomatoes.
-
since December? then you should have a trend. I know that if i hit 12k a day i burn 2500 its consistent almost to the t every day. if i walk more, i eat more
-
zzzaaaktly!

All the people that are on here claiming Fitbit exaggerates must have done tallying daily of weight, calories, activity and TDEE for months on end to make that conclusion that after the activity, and calories consumed they have seen false info on their weight, concluding Fitbit is off. If you haven't done this, stop with…
-
The calorie count is not the same for everyone. It depends on your stats, activity level and Desired weight loss per week. As you lose weight make sure u update the app and it should calculate cals
-
this is the underlying problem. Due to all your restrictions you have never learned how to be around food. You've only done 2 extremes restricting or overconsuming.
-
Put in your stats in MFP. Chose your desired weight loss goal per week. My excercise consists of low intensity cardio (walking) and weights...
-
Fitbit only counts the step based activity and it is the most accurate then. My charge 2 does have the option of "tracking" exercise but ilthe HR reading is not very consistent. It's just not made for that
-
If I'm hungry, I'll eat
-
Actually if u match scooby to Fitbit, that is STRENUOUS
-
I buy new things....!!!!! I love gifts for me
-
Fitbit is very accurate for me. I love it...
-
this is mostly likely happening because you are restricting foods while losing so when you give yourself a little leeway you go all out because you never learned how to be around that food without over-consuming it or completely cutting it
-
Why cut it if you're losing weight? If I know that It's something I shall have I budget calories for it
-
simply create a 1000 cal deficit daily
-
i've used both and they are very close in calculation... i picked light exercise on scooby although with fitbit i realize i'm more in the strenuous activity
-
also, if you do exercise you MFP has it set up to eat those cals back
-
I guess, u will make your choice, ultimately it's your weight loss, I personally don't care for speed I care to listen to my body
-
Guess it's time to give yourself a well deserved break and give that maintenance a go... after 2 weeks on maintainance it's easy to switch back to deficit
-
You're eating too little. I'm a female and I burn about an extra 800 cals for 14k. So yes, you're a male and heavier so u probably are burning an extra 1200.
