If you are trying to replace a meal i would consider a Protein shake instead of slim fast. It helped me lose my first 8 lbs.

you want quick and easy? Protein shake every morning. its not for everyone but it works for me especially after i work out in the mornings! with a mid morning snack after of course.

Maybe theres only 500 calories because they didn't fnish or didn't have time to log everything in. I honestly am a perfect example of this. OMG! i thought i was the only one that got excited about this! I've noticed this too and I cross my legs all the time and love that i dont have to hold my legs to keep them crossed. yay for you!!!!!

i actually have a small scoop of my fave ice cream just about every other night. I earned it! i work out about 4-5 days a week .. eat right during the day and by the end of the night.. i reward myself with ice cream.. hasn't been a problm yet.. i've maintained my weight loss so far.. hope that helps...goodluck!

well it looks like your going to hungry way before lunch. The thing is, you SHOULD eat and a mid morning snack would help. I Typically take a protein shake in the morning and have either a piece of fruit, 1 egg and or coffee before i have lunch. it really keeps me satisfied so im not starving by lunch time.
