  • How much water are you drinking a day? Normally, I listen to my body when I get an urge to eat again shortly after a meal. Majority of the time my body is telling me to drink more water and when I do, I feel fine. Try increasing your water intake--you might not be hungry but thirsty instead.

  • Jog/run more and/or jog/walk on an incline on the treadmill. When I was in college, my friend and I used to jog up and down the hills; not only did this really build my stamina but my thighs were so toned...I'm trying to get those thighs back!

  • I wish I didn't have an appetite after working out! I usually get hungry within 30-1hr of working out! I sometimes eat some of my calories back but generally I do not. At first I thought to not log the burn at ALL and just stick to my calorie goal but not logging the burn will just drop my motivation to work out…

  • I either have fruit (I'm eating a sweet pear right now-11pm) or some tortilla chips. You could be thirsty or just want something to have before bed...peanut butter, tortilla chips, popcorn, oranges, ritz crazkers, whatever but of course in moderation.
  • I don't...if I don't lose any weight then I will wait to see if I lost any weight the next week-on the same day around the same time. If I have gained weight, I painfully enter it into MFP.
  • Once a week, around the same time on the same day..that is the most accurate weight. So if you start off weighing yourself at 10am on Thursday Morning, do this every Thursday at 10am.

  • Cellulite is annoying but they are badges of having a baby, losing weight, gaining then losing weight, etc. Rub on cocoa butter everyday..they will fade...still rock the clothes you want to though. I have them on my arms so I get a little self-conscious about wearing tanktops and no-sleeves but hey, everyone has them.
