Question: do you log your food into MFP before you eat it, after or both and do you think this matters? Why? I am on the fence. I have tried both ways and I think it's better to plan ahead but then I think I sabotage myself because I eat if I'm not really hungry just because I planned it. Any help would be appreciated.…
