I quarter them & freeze them. In my Magic Bullet I add: 1/2 banana 6oz container Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or peaches) 2 Tbsp. skim milk blend for breakfast shake. Could add protein powder too.

I do this also but add a bag of frozen corn & maybe some black beans to it. I eat it like this but make rice for the family.
