I'm 5'2" and started at 193lbs. I've only lost 5lbs and plan to eat 1500-1700 calories and workout 5 times a week. I've got a ways to go but makes this journey easier knowing there are similar people around my size. <3

I'm starting on the turbo carb cycling today (I know it's not Monday but works best with my schedule). I was wondering the same thing on actual amount of carbs on low and high days. It might be figuring out the first couple weeks after logging the food.

I tried the pancakes today for breakfast. Not bad and made the kitchen smell like banana bread :). I changed it slightly and used 3 egg whites, 1 banana, and 1/4 cup blueberries, which was 177 calories. I tried making one big pancake but the batter doesn't hold together to flip as a whole so I ended cutting it up in 4…

Possibly hemorrhoids?? Sometimes when you increase fiber, not get enough fluids, and strain to push can cause/flare hemorrhoids. Of course, I agree with everyone to see your doc or atleast call.

One of the easiest changes to start with is eating more fruits and vegetables in your diet. They're low calories and it makes you seem like you're eating more. I use Mi Mama's low carb wheat tortillas from WalMart. I believe they are taco size and only 70 cal. Otherwise 45 calorie whole wheat bread (I use Sara Lee) with turkey bacon.
