Only time I get sloppy with my meal times is on the weekends ( I HATE it ) - the people in my office look at me like I'm crazy .. I EAT ALL DAY LONG lol

I'm a breakfast person too .. I'm always hungry though and I literally eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours .. I don't get my husband - he'll wake up like at 7 am and not eat until 1:00 pm I'LL DIE lol

The thing is that besides cardio I'm lost at the gym and I can't afford a personal trainer so I took up the challenge so that I would have a daily workout routine to follow and in the process learn about different strength training exercises.

I'm not logging my workouts but I am working out. My TDEE is 2632 - I've deducted 500 calories for 1 lb weight loss a week. I'm getting about 6 hours of sleep a night and my only rest day is Sunday. Hi, thank you. In regards to the coffee, I do not drink american coffee. I am Latina and a slave to what we latinos call 'Cafe con Leche' which I believe is equivalent to a latte? I like my coffee very light so it's basically more milk than coffee.
