You're absolutely right, feel much better (appetite wise) today. Not STARVING, no cravings but if I don't eat every 3 hours my stomach starts to growl. Taking it a day at a time, a 80 lbs weight loss is overwhelming to think about. Focusing my energy primarily on changing my habits.

I definitely do not plan to be on this long term. My doctor told me 6 months top. He told me to force myself to eat and to take advantage during this time to learn how to eat healthy. He suggested the South Beach Diet. Right now I’m focusing primarily in my nutrition and adding in exercise gradually.

That’s my goal for this week. I was previously on a low carb diet and that was already suppressing my appetite and cravings. I’m trying add carbs back into my diet little by little.

Happy Ketoversary! and just wow! 76 lbs is amazing!! I only lost 25 lbs in 6 months :\ Fell off the wagon during the holidays and packed on 10 lbs but I ate good (I ain't going to lie) I started back on keto on the 19th of January so todays marks day 14 for me. Any tips on how you managed to lose so much weight? :smile:

Welcome! I love the Keto lifestyle!! Did it for 6 months and then I fell off during the holidays. Put on 10 lbs in 4 weeks but I ate like a pig :# On Keto, I feel like a normal person... no binging, no hunger. So I'm back it again, 14 days in as of today. Going to start lifting again, too.

My ratios are 5% carbs, 20% protein & 75% fat. I try to limit my cheese intake (I'm a cheese addict) and do BPC in the mornings to help with my fat intake. What I struggle the most with is going over on my protein.

I use to be very athletic in high school and have always been able to carry my weight well regardless of my weight but I wouldn't say I was fit when I started back in June. Thank you all .. it's been the weight loss has come slow but it is totally worth it. I went on a mini vaca for Labor day weekend and I ate to my heart's content for 4 whole days and only came back w/ a 2 lb weight gain (all water) .. after 3 days of eating right I had lost 3 lbs and was below the weight I was before going…
