    Haha- you guys are too kind- I'm 163, 212 when I started trying to get in shape in September (after a baby at the end of May and hitting 238!!!!!) ... In the process of reducing BF% by another 8% or so which should put me between 145-150 accounting for a slight LBM loss :-)
