I lost my weight from 2012-2013, and have been keeping it off since - about two months ago.. I ran into the guy who lives next door to us, he met us a few times when we first moved in '09 and onwards to '12. He said a few strange things and I just wrote it off as him being forgetful and weird - he ran into my husband and I…

You look great! What's the weight difference if you don't mind me asking?
-
Yeah, funny how that is, I'm aw, 3 or so years older in my Current picture. But thank you :) if I ever doubt all the work was worth it, I only have to look at pictures like these ones.

Thanks :) I think that's a common thing as you lose weight. Nearly everyone on this tread (yourself included). Looks younger in the after shot.

Ah, excellent work mate! Wouldn't even know it's the same person

I've lost around 55kgs, which is like 112lbs? There about.

I'm in on the pillow thing too. To live without the knees and hips getting in the way. Also. Eating cake without a second thought. I never felt guilt on eating, before I lost the weight.. So I think going out to a fancy tea house and having a over the top cake with a full fat milkshake!

I've lost just shy of 60, which was my goal, if you want to add me for more on going support - feel free.

Hey, I was a 42G when I started and I'm now a 34G/36F. I think being fitted correctly is the key, without it I am sure I wouldn't have gone down back size wise. Even though they still seem large on my frame, I can exercise a lot better now and I am much more confident in how I look. Oh, i've lost just shy of 60kgs/130odd…

520 sticks.. that is a bit scary!

Just realised I didn't do it earlier - a big thank you to those who have continued to give feedback. Really appreciate it. If anyone has any questions feel free to message me or ask me here. I am more than happy to help where I can :)

A couple of people have asked me about it so far. Its a good program. Mentally, I can run for one minute.. I can talk myself in to that, and so on... So in that sense, and for people who have NEVER run, and have no positive memories of running, its all about baby steps which I think is awesome. I personally didn't go and…

Thank you to everyone who has offered such wonderful feedback. When you're in your own bubble, doing your own thing you forget how far you've come. I get a huge grin every time I see that i've inspired or blown away someone. Thank you so much for letting me know! Means heaps to me to know that I'm helping others by being…

I know! I got it at last, thanks for coming back to check them out :)

I can't figure out how to make them smaller right now, and I'm only making myself frustrated, so please forgive some of them for being a little bigger than the window given. please right click and open in a tab or new window if you really want to see :)
-
I didn't worry about that at the start personally. Just stuck under my calorie number. it was only as i got closer to my goal that I started looking more closely at it, if that helps. You can lose weight without stressing yourself about those things if you find them overwhelming to me..
-
Ha! making progress!! i will try and figure out how to resize some of them now! lol But you can SOME of them now. Thanks for the feedback so far ladies :)
-
Thanks! Hopefully you'll be able to see soon! lol serves me right for never posting pics really before now.

I hate photo bucket! Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?!

I'm a teacher too and on the tail end of reaching my goal weight which is to lose 60kgs/132lbs. Work/life balance is the key, and valuing your own health as much as you would your students. If you want to add me, feel free - I'm happy to talk about how I went about it - but I'm not superwoman, I prioritised in a way that…

Other than the obvious stuff, portion control, eat more veg and lean meat, exercise more, drink more water etc... I think being unflinching in the face of your goals. Even when its awkward, even when family and friends make you uncomfortable, even when you would rather stuff your face with all those bad choices. Don't back…

86 days until Christmas (bloody hell!)... and my goal would be to have lost the last 8 and a half kgs (18.7lbs) before Christmas. Though I hope to be in maintenance before the end of the school year in Australia - so the 20th of Dec :)

I think you've got confused, the fitness level on the job/daily life setting is just what you do naturally. For example, I'm a teacher, obviously I don't do as much lifting/twisting/standing on my feet as my Husband who works at as a manager at a liquor retail chain. So he needed more calories to function on a daily basis.…

Honestly? Sounds normal to me - you've had a life while all this has been going on. Its not as simple as move from point a to point b in one smooth line. Weight loss is slow and sometimes tedious. Keep at it, if you've managed to make continuous process then thats all that matters. Focus on the successes you're having now…
