    Amazing transformations here, everyone looks look terrific!

    Here's my transition from my heaviest in September 2014 to July 11 2015 this week, now down 34kg / 75 pounds and I've just crossed under 180 pounds for the first time in quite some time. I'm delighted with losing the weight but even more delighted that I'm becoming again the fit person I was before. We get fit long before we hit goal weight. Bonus!

    Yeah, funny how that is, I'm aw, 3 or so years older in my Current picture. But thank you :) if I ever doubt all the work was worth it, I only have to look at pictures like these ones.

    These are amazing! I'm down about 40lbs from my SW. I was 190 (ish) on my wedding day. I'm not totally sure because I had stopped looking at scales by then but I am now 150 with a goal of 135.
