Great job!

Also be sure to measure your servings so you know if you're having one serving or several servings without realizing.

It totally shows and you look hot! Great job on losing.

I had never thought about the downstairs getting bigger when you gain weight. Interesting. I've never noticed a change when I gain or lose . . . then again it is not something I am regularly checking.

The big guy people are talking about started out at 637 like one year ago. When he joined The Biggest Loser, he was at 507 (I believe that is what it said). After week one he lost 20 pounds, so he is now in the high 400s. He is very large however because he is only 5'7".

The Biggest Loser is my favorite show on TV. It is a "reality" show, but it is a feel-good show that builds people up instead of tearing them down. I love to see the transformations over the weeks. I do have a couple complaints though, 1. hate watching people "play the game" and vote out others that still need to be on and…

I have Turbo Jam. It is high intensity, HOWEVER you can go easier on yourself. They have gals on the videos that never jump or leave the floor etc., due to health reasons. TJ is as high intensity as you want to make it. It is a fun workout that burns a ton of calories, but it is what you put into it that you'll get out of…

I've had to lose weight many times before (like after each pregnancy). :-) It is very easy to gain the weight back. Keep at it and you'll succeed with your goals. When you stop trying is when you fail.

You look great

You're doing wonderfully! WTG!

You're fabulous!

I am known to overeat as well. I too love food, but I also use it to diminish any feelings I am not wanting to deal with. Watching your daily calories does help forsure. Even when I do exceed my calorie goal, it is not by as much as it use to be simply because I am monitoring the number. When you see a high number it is…

Welcome to the site. It is great here!

I think you're doing wonderfully! It is great to see results. Keep it up!

Huge difference! You're barely in the overweight category . . . nearly to the green zone in your BMI, congratulations!

Hello newbie, you'll love it here. Most everyone is supportive and understands what you're going through. You can meet some great friends.

Welcome to the site!

I don't count anything but water toward my water goal. Main reasons, water is without calories, completely natural, and our bodies need it in it's purest form. So, for example, when I drink my hot chocolates (as I do every day), the hot chocolate gets listed under snacks and I don't adjust my water.

Welcome Ryan. You have some great goals, you'll go far with your motivation!

I have another 20 pounds to lose. I am 5'4" and currently 143, gw 125, size 6. I've been doing well, lost 20 pounds before joining this site, another 2 since joining a couple weeks back. Hoping to keep the scale moving in the correct direction. :-)

I am not sure if this works for everyone, so you may want to research a bit before taking my advice. I have five children, so I have lost weight many many times before. Right now I am working on my last 20 pounds. :-) When my weight loss seems to slow down, it seems to be from metabolism slowing down, so I have cheat days.…

You're doing wonderfully, keep it up. You're an inspiration!

This is a huge victory, congratulations to teaching your body who's the boss . . . your mind!

Thank you for your ideas.

Keep up the great work!

You do look great! I am the same height as you and currently the same weight, but don't look as fabulous as you. I lose about 17 pounds before joining here, working on another 20 maybe? You're an inspiration.
