Yes I added the fruits and veggies. I don't need my metabolism to slow down; so adding everything up on here was a shock!

No I haven't but I have read a lot about it on here. Thinking of trying that or Chalean Extreme. Also, I am kind of in the dark about heavy lifting vs not heavy?? I want to get toned and slim down...not bulk up :)
