Hey all. I have been following the group for about a month but just started SL on Thursday and finished workout B for the first time this morning. Food diary feedback
Today I ate, what I felt like, pretty much constantly. I think I made good choices and I am not hungry. Advice for dining out
We live about an hour from the nearest good size town. So when we come to town for things it is usually an all day affair. I do good at home with my eating but coming to town really throws me for a loop. I generally eat 4-6 times a day at home but I cannot do that on town without going way over my calories for the day.…

Has anyone tried weight watchers with MFP? Thoughts?
I decided to do weight watchers before I found MFP. Today for example I met my WW points but came in under the 1200 calories MFP recommends. Will that discrepancy sabotage my weight loss goals? Suggestions for weight lifting at home?
I am looking for suggestions of how to do some weight training here in my home. I am an hour away from the closest gym so that is not an option.
