I started at 258 pretty much my highest weight ever. The beauty of couch to 5k is that it truly eases you into it and really is great for weight loss because it provides interval workouts. My knees definitely barked back at me...but in the end how you feel over all is so worth it!!!!

I have about 300 more steps to reach 10K today and I am just walking around the house. And with the sleep monitoring too..it is interesting to watch and look for correlations between good sleep days and good food and fitness choices days.

Yeah unfortunately that's the trick with gfree. For bread or bread like products it needs so much fat just to make it taste good. I too often just skip the bread but every once in awhile I just want a sandwhich that isn't going to take up a whole day's worth of calories.

Thanks!! I did not realize Pamela's had one so I will give it a try. Bob;s Red Mill has a decent whole grain..but it is so calorie dense. I have yet to try the egg replacers but may just to get the calorie count down.
