Buy yogurt (regular or greek) and freeze them. It tastes pretty good and satisfies cravings. You'll have to be at home though..

Skinny Pop It's pre-popped popcorn in a bag, but it is a great snack with no artificial anything. It's natural. I love it!

Try smoothies! There are tons of smoothie recipes out there! There should be one that you like!

Slice up an apple, put it in a microwave safe bag (freezer bags are). Add in some cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, Splenda, and if you want, a tsp of brown sugar. Close the bag and shake it to coat the apple. Open the bag a little for ventilation and microwave about 2 minutes. Tastes like apple pie!

BAKE THEM. that's right. In the oven. Put them in muffin pans to keep them from rolling around. Oven should be set to 325 Bake about 30-35 minutes. (I did 32, mine turned out perfect!) Then out in ice water for 10 minutes. That's it!! They peel perfectly!

I do rotisserie chicken with light miracle whip. Then I add in chopped celery, onion, pecans, walnuts, grape halves, and chopped apple. Mine turned out to be about 137 calories for1/2 cup.

I heard a saying that I love.. One bad meal won't make you fat, just as one healthy meal won't make you skinny. This is so true! One burger won't make you gain 5 pounds. But eating a sala won't make you instantly lose weight either! If you generally stick to eating healthy, you will see good results.

I do this too. Lately I've been eating healthier evening snacks. Like a big bowl of berries with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream. I find that if I eat more calories during the day and don't leave as many for at night, then I am fine. When I see that my app says I have 400 calories left at night, I just want to eat them all!

I ALWAYS make sure I enter it into my app. Even if I'm over, I don't feel guilty about not entering it. I have found that if I make an excuse once to not enter something in (like cake), then I start doing it more often. I try to eat healthier the next few days, but I don't freak out about it.
