Vegan

Syncing Calories
Hello! I just got mine today :) So I know you can't sync the up with my fitness pal, but if it says I burned however many calories in a day, how can I put those into MFP? Is there any way to insert misc calories burned? Or do I have to out them in as a specific exercise? Thanks!
