STUCK

I have been STUCK at the same weight for weeks and I don't know what to do!
I started at 148 lbs and I am down to 124.
I have tried upping my calories already and I currently eat 1450 a day.
I exercise about 2-3 times a week and I try to drink enough water.
I feel like I'm never going to get to my goal weight.
Please help!!!
