Vanilla Chia Pudding

My new favorite: Chia pudding!
It's soooo simple.

3/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2-3 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
3-4 Tbsp chia seeds

You just mix these together and put in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight) and the chia seeds soak up the milk and become a pudding consistency! This recipe makes one large serving or two smaller ones.
You can top with various types of fruit such as raisins, banana, coconut, strawberries, etc! You can also mix in some cocoa powder to make it chocolate!
My new favorite is slicing a banana and pudding the chia pudding on top with 1/8 cup of raisins. Delish!!
Chia seeds are super healthy and one of the "super foods"! They have lots of fiber and omega-3s!
