Clean Eaters with Open Diaries

I am a 19 year old college student. Working on toning up and losing a little fat. I try my hardest to eat clean. I try to eat 5-6 meals daily, and exercise 4-6 times a week. I have a personal trainer as well. I am looking for some more friends! I have an open food diary for anyone curious...and if anyone else is a clean eater and either needs motivation or wants to help me out, please add me! I enjoy reading diaries so if yours is open and you eat healthy that would be great!

    Why do you eat 5-6 meals a day?
  • Eating 5-6 smaller meals a day keeps your metabolism going. If you only eat 3 meals a day for example, your body doesn't know when it will get food next and will try to keep as much fat as possible.
