Chicken salad! Can be eaten plain, with crackers, on bread, on croissants.. I buy a rotisserie chicken, add miracle whip, grapes, apple, onion, celery, walnuts, and pecans. It's delicious!

I get the low cal low sugar juices. I particularly like the orange juices and grape juices. I haven't had a problem drinking a glass a day.

I always go over my sugar limit too. I feel like as long as you're not eating candy and chocolate all day, it's not that important. There is sugar in everything but it can be natural sugar.

My goal is 9,240 calories a week, but I usually only eat about 9,000. I eat pretty healthy..a lot of whole grains, veggies, fruits, etc. although at night I snack a lot.. But I always make sure it fits in my calories :)

I'm 5' 3" and my original goal was 120, but I'm at 128 right now and I think I will try for 115. I am stuck at this weight now which is frustrating..I haven't lost anything in over a week. But all I can say is don't give up!
