Wow bringing this one back from the dead! Haha I am starting the shred tomorrow. I had fantastic results about a year ago but life has kicked me in the butt since then and kind of lost my "pep". With that I gained 50 lbs so I'm ready to kick it into high gear! Question though. What was everyone's meals or eating plans…

I use ground turkey for pretty much everything# Tacos, chili, spaghetti, meatballs, egg bakes. To me it tastes better than beef and it's cheaper too. At least here in MN :)

I am using Ideal Shake. It tastes 10 times better than shakology with less sugar and more protein. I add 1% milk to mine. Sometimes berries.

We actually walked about 3 miles home after shopping and lunch. Plan to walk again tomorrow.

I'm just always hesitant to eat those things because I don't want to slow my progress. I have a long way to go and I feel if I do have pizza or unhealthy foods all of my hard work is for nada.

I think the OP is saying in general more for if you want to lose weight, not if you're already at your goal or maintenance. For me I am trying to lose 40 lbs and I know I will not make my goal eating pizza, chips, or cookies. Oh how I wish I could but losing weight is more important than satisfying a 5 minute craving. ☺

Thank you all for the great advice! I am going to stick with 1 to 1.5 a week. I think that is a much easier and more realistic goal, plus I have 8 months to get there :) I've been seeing a lot of 1500 meal plans that look fairly easy to prepare and will not have me craving burgers and fries by the end of the night.
