I think it all depends on your body make-up. Heck I'm 5'8"(was 5'9" shrinking with age) and my DR wants me down to 145. What ... :noway:

Does anyone know how to contact Mad Body.com. I am in a loop. I go to start an account it tells me one already exists, but if I sign in it says I need to find an e-mail and log in there. But I've got no such e-mail. Ideas?

I guess what I am saying is should anyones diet be 55 % carbs, and yet only 15 % protein. I always thought it should be about 40% carbs/30% protein/ 30% fat. ???

Congrats, I can't wait till mine shrink more. I won't even tell you what I started out as before a reduction when I was 23. Since I put on weight in my late 30 and early 40's , well I can't wait till there back to where they were at 24.

Yeah, it can be costly. 4- apples cost me 5$ the other weekend. Then I walk down a cracker aisle and here are two boxes of Special K cracker chips for the same. 4 servings v's at least twice that much. i still chose the apples.
