You said about trying yoga and not being able to do the moves..... First you need to find an instructor that gives you options, there are options for most of the moves, and if you can't do it so be it. Do what you can without hurting yourself or giving you pain. Do a Child Pose for that time or whatever. There are options.…

Oh the yoga group can be found at Generic Yoga group here on the group tag.
-
There is a group that involves yoga, if you don't get an answer here, or just to have yoga folks to chat with. If you can afford it it might be a good idea to either take a few classes or even a few individualized lessons, so you don't develop improper form and end up with injuries. But that is only my 2 cents.

Yeah, find out what your insurance needs you to do first. Nothing like thinking all is well and then finding out you a ton of money.

Maybe I can give us both a boost :) Do not call yourself a failure, you had a set back, life does that to all of us at some point or another. That sound like a lot on anyone's plate. You have the right idea to say enough and start again. That's what counted. Good luck with your your parents.

My they all sound so good.
-
Not the same medication but the needing medication- yes. I unfortunately did gain weight though.
-
Bumping to try them later.

I I have been using a full face mask for 8 years, I have even learned to sleep on my stomach with it on. When I first got it I felt so much better, now I don't anymore, I was even changed to a BI-PAP machine. I need to go back for another study. I wish all the luck !

I agree you need to treat the depression, and I would treat it first- at lest until you do start to feel better. As one who has chronic multi-drug resistant depression, all of life is hard. No matter what you do to try to "snap out of it" always goes by the way side, and the depression wins. It wasn't until I got my…

I did my 20 for day one yesterday, plan on doing today's tonight. Assuming I can after CX works and Zumba-which has it's own squat song.
-
Man does that sound good, thank you so much.

If anyone wants to know I changed my "weekly weight loss goat to 1 # / week" down from 1.5. It gave me a few more calories to work with so I am hoping I stay close to count, and don't go overboard if I don't. ( I am an every emotion eater- happy, sad, depressed, very depressed, even more depressed you name it) Somewhere I…

Sounds good to me too!!

Yeah I hope I get more answers. I know I would likely be better off without such a clump at one block, but that's how the gym has the classes. I am even more worse because I don't do much the rest of the time, though I have been trying to hike on Sunday's. Thank's again.
-
I can't wait to try this.
-
Good for you, you go girl !!!

There is a Yoga Group on here if you want to become a member. Slow or not slow , holding the Plank or The Down Dog" ( and I'm sure there are many more) for any length of time you are not used to - have you crying uncle in the core. Just don't push too hard, that is still my biggest problem. Good luck.
-
So your back it to be straight up and down, 90 degrees perpendicular in relation to the floor?
-
Gotta try them !!
-
Yeah hypo T sucks. All Dr's seem to think a T 4 value that is just with-in the low end of the range is Normal for all people. I have no pituitary function and hypo t is a portion of the disease. I wish I had a good answer. I hope you find one, if you do lets us know.

OMG I read this as sleep around! Wow. That's too funny !
-
If none of those ideas work out, don't forget about sleep apnea.
-
I'm going to have to try the vanilla idea. Thanks
-
That will work if you have a local coffee shop. Other than gas stations.

Looks like I am going to have to get a phone upgrade. :glasses:
