    Just finished doing my squats for day one! It actually wasn't too bad. There were a squats in the dance cardio video I did earlier, so I thought that doing the challenge might be more difficult that it turned out to be. I really want to focus on form and squatting lower.

    Started the intermediate squat challenge, along with 4 friends from work! A little tenderness in my left knee on day 2 -- may have to switch to beginner squat challenge?

    I warmed up by doing 1/2 hour cross country skiing than did my squats. (I started at beginner) I didn't find it too bad. Good luck to all:smile:

    Walked for an hour in the morning. Walked 15min at break, did the 20 beginning squats at lunch! :) More walking followed by passing out on the bed after a nice warm shower.

    Did my 20 for day 1. Today my bum is speaking to me a bit. It's saying, "Whaaa?!"

    I did my 20 for day one yesterday, plan on doing today's tonight. Assuming I can after CX works and Zumba-which has it's own squat song.
