Yeah, expensive, not good for you most of the time, but I work 1 and 1/2 jobs, and when the two 12 hours Saturday/Sunday shifts are here that is my treat for of my hard work. I usually drink black Americano, but when Pumpkin Spice comes around I weaken, but I count it and change elsewhere.

Yeah I hate them especially when they go on too long. But measuring yourself can sometime help. You will see a fall there but not on the scale.

I have found out over numerous years that if I want chocolate, I can eat a whole # of carrots and I still want the chocolate. No matter how hard I try one just doesn't swap out for the other. Ask your Dr about OTC NSAID's. The one that helped me the most is Aleve. Ask you DR if you can take this. Also why do you have arthritis? Injury? Too rough on the knee? That is as improtant to know.
