I think pretty much anyone who loses a lot of weight will meet this along the way...Other people see you as getting skinny when you are really just getting healthy...I am 165cm and started getting told to "not lose any more weight" when I was around 75kilo's (down from 105kilos) and it rattled me for a little while too.…

My barbell bicep curl is up to 30kg for 5 sets @ 6reps without any sway & bent over rows at 35-40 kilo's depending on what I've already been up to (same sets, 8-10reps) I can also do unassisted chin up & locked elbow hangs for 35 seconds without weakening.

Definitely no...We just have a house full of healthy foods and maybe 5% junk food...Teaching them through setting a good example. If there's only good food in the house guess what they have to eat ;-)

2 1/2 years ago I was 25, 105 kilo's and just where you are except I had a 2yr old and a 6week old...I started walking initially, just 20 minutes around the block and built up from there...I also initially just stuck to my calorie allowance...I didn't worry too much about what I was eating, only that I was under my…

You've just got to know that once you're done you will feel better...Put your shoes on and go even on the days you don't feel like it. If you go 5 days a week consistently for 2-3 weeks you will find it becomes a habit and you just naturally want to go...Gymming it is so much fun..

It is definitely there and one of the first things I came across on this site and has popped up half a dozen times in the week I have been here which is why my curiosity peaked on the topic.

Interesting responses and thank you all for taking the time. Perhaps that's the difference, is that the majority of people I am friends with on here I know outside of here also and so there is no need to divulge my daily eating habits. I agree not to take it personally, I am just curious why other people care so much and…

Yes. I used to always wear at least mascara but now I am bouncing between the gym and being a mum for the day so I can't be bothered...I like keeping make up for special occasions now ....I have no make up on in my profile picture and it's unedited. I don't think there's anything wrong with it :)

I have lost over 40kg and have been at goal for almost 2years. It is only now that I have been working out and have been burning off the last few kg that I can see that I may look into skin removal... Having said that my skin has come back A LOT in the last two years and if I was happy to stay slightly solid and on the top…

Are you tracking, measuring and weighing everything ? Eating clean, unprocessed food ? Do you need to push yourself a bit harder when working out or maybe change up your workout all together ? Up your daily protein ? Make sure you are not undereating or overeating with your calorie needs and keep up your water, green tea…

I love my music when I am working out...It really helps me push through the pain & keep going...I do notice though that it does slow me down, when a slower song comes on I tend to slow down and then speed up when a faster song comes on. That comes down to me setting my player to only have the killer workout music on it.

In an ideal world you would track everything...While losing the bulk of my weight I tracked, weighed and measured everything...When I stopped doing this is when my weightloss stalled...I have been stuck half tracking for months and have bounced up and down on the scales, not really gaining and not really losing... I am…

See if you can get into a trusted sports physiotherapist for a check up to make sure nothing is out of place. They will also be able to refer you to have tailor made shoe inserts to support your feet and keep your ankles, knees and hips aligned while running. Unfortunately though running is very hard on the body so lower…

Sounds like way too much of a slippery slope to me from a well intentioned lifestyle change to an eating disorder...No way would I touch a diet like that...Fasting may help you lose weight short term but I hardly doubt it benefits the body systems &/or brain... Starving the body of nutrients is incredibly dangerous and…
