3 miles on the treadmill tonight. My knee is a little aching, not sure I'm going to get to go run tomorrow because of it, may take the day off.

Did 4.45 miles on elliptical in 45 minutes during lunch. Ran 1.55 miles after work. Total for day was right at 6 miles, which was pretty neat and not planned. Total for week/month is 20.82

Skipped the gym today and went and ran on my favorite running trail at lunch. It was an absolutely beautiful sunny spring day! 3.12 miles today. Total for week/month is 11.82 miles.

Ran 2.84 miles last night while my son was at baseball practice. Hope to get in another 2-3 miles today at lunch to finish out the month. So far this month 51 miles!

A little over 3 miles today on the elliptical. Everytime it would tell me to pedal backwards it would reset! UGH! But, at least I know I went 3 miles. Going to try to run outside tomorrow on the trail. I should have done that today it was beautiful! Total for month is 48.5

Ran 2 miles on Saturday, 03/24/12. That makes 45 miles for the month. I think I'll be able to meet my goal again. I'm so excited!
