I have anxiety/depression. Sugar/caffeine DEFINITELY trigger symptoms related to my condition. It has been recommended that sugars and caffiene be reduced as much as possible. Excellent. I find that now I am exercising more and even eating back my calories I am still hungry, like you said my calories currently being set at 1380 without exercise is too low. I will try the increase. Thank you so much :)

I am sure it is. I went through this before and was told the inches can come off and if the scale doesnt budge it eventually catches up. I generally loose inches first, I got alot of compliments about loosing "weight" but the scale barely moved. Dont get discouraged keep going and it will all fall into place :)

I am one of those people where when I have started something new and made drastic changes it can take about a month and a half until it shows. Its discouraging for sure but once you notice the difference its wonderful. I also agree with measurements. Definitely do that...works better for me in the beginning, I loose inches…

Agree with this completely. There was a time when I was waking up in the middle of the night hungry! It was also suggested to me that if I have the calories eat them up or save some for before bed. At those times I would eat something like fruit/vegtables/yogurt etc.

Have you ever had stretch marks? Even if they dont go away completely they still can shrink significantly and for anyone who has stretch marks would be greatful for even that. There are times I enjoy running and times I find it boring. In order to enjoy the run I have to envision myself succeeding in some way. Weird maybe but it works. I usually think of myself in a soccer game/hockey game and it pumps me up.
