Living a healthy life for me is a sense of accomplishment. There is so much junk and processed foods that we have to try to avoid and some can be so convenient or addictive.

Thats exactly what I thought. There are soo many people who dont eat their calories back from a work out and I find the more I workout the more hungry I am and I tried to reduce the amount I ate back. Still working on whats best for me I guess. Thanks for the reply I appreciate it :)
