Some what yes, I have started to have a daily goal of walking for a minimum of an hours time and I have dropped a few pounds since I started using the sight. Granted it's not major but I know I dropped 2 waist sizes since I began tracking my caloric intact and all.

Depends on your personal pain tolerance and the skill of the tattooist. A Scratcher will cause you extreme pain no matter your pain threshold where as a skilled artist might give you less a sting then a shot at the doctors office

this pretty much, unless i forget to list a snack then I will go back and list it later on in the day.
