  • You will want to use slightly less - the wheat flour will make it more dense. I've read you sub 3/4 cup plus 2 TB of wheat flour for every 1 cup of all-purpose flour - so if it calls for 2 cups you'd want to do 1.5 cups plus 4 TB of wheat.
