when I'm out, its flavored vodka (orange, raspberry,lime, whatever they have lol) and soda water. :) Not too sweet, but just right. I count each as 70 -80 calories depending on the brand of vodka. I think Smirnoff raspberry is 69 cals per 1 oz. Keep in mind, as a former bartender, I know for a fact that most bars overpour!

Great advice runners! I am building endurance, slowly but surely. I use the treadmill now(Midwest winter!) and although I can go for longer, I still have to stop and walk in between. I do 4min running, 4 walking until I hit 20 mins of running. Is this a good plan?
