3 Hour long circuit classes a week (mixture of weights trx & cardio) 1 hour long race mid week 6 - 8 hours race training at the weekend depending on distance :)

I take a calcium and magnesium tablet daily and i find these have helped! it is more of a long term solution than a quick fix though

yeap!! had a pretty bad weekend food wise!! had take away pizza then ate my entire egg in 2 sittings... this thing was BIG oh and i ate a lindt gold bunny trying to get back on track today! i just love chocolate so much its my weakness!!

I train on a trek Lexa i race on a Trek Madone 3.1 i ride about 200km every weekend. racing season is starting so will be racing mid week now too i love cycling :)

I'm in! like alot of you put on a few since November.. went to thailand then it was christmas... and all of a sudden im 135 pounds! have a ball to go to in 6 weeks so need to get my *kitten* in gear and fit into my dress!!
