The miles I can do also, it will be the water. I usually don't track my water, it's never been an issue. It will be interesting to see how much I do consume!

My results - Way over 100 minutes cardio, I've done the 100 squats and it's been a while since I did them. I did 60 situps, and might be able to get the 40 remaining in tonight.

Well, this thread made me hungry! I had Syntrax Fuzzy Nectar Protein drink for breakfast, then coffee. Mid Morning Snack - apple and pb Lunch - salad Dinner - will be Black Beans and rice. Evening snack - chocolate! I usually log my food before I eat it - I don't like surprises at the end of the day.

OK, here's my first weigh in with this group: HIghest Ever: 159 (January 2012) (5'3") MFP SW: 144 CW: 142 GW: 135 I read another post somewhere on MFP that said weight loss is not linear, weight is lost in chunks, and that describes my journey. Hoping I lose another 'chunk' soon!

For me it's appetizers. The family has them out all day, every day, and we'll be together for a week over Christmas. I always suggest appetizers that I don't like, that helps! Moderation is the key.
