I hard boil my eggs for the whole week on Sunday. I also bake some bacon or sausage (depending upon my mood) and portion out into zip lock bags for a quick grab n go. Fresh fruit is always good too.

I personally do not use my Fitbit while riding. I like to toss it in the tack box before I jump in the saddle. The reason being is that the Fitbit will actually count the horses steps as well as any movement you do in the saddle, i.e. posting/jumping. For those types of exercises I would manually log in MFP. I was already on my weightloss journey when I decided to quit smoking to improve my health (and lung compacitity for cardio) I was a 2 pack a day smoker for 10 years (16-26). Guilty! I love green, black and white teas! I prefer mine fruity and simple, so I tend to purchase the Lypton pyramids from the grocery store. At any given time there is 3-4 boxes of all different flavors!! :drinker:

Once your thyroid levels are corrected with medication/surgery, you will be able to loose weight- I promise! In the meantime, do your best to eat at a deficit and exercise. Even when you don't feel like hitting the gym, at least take a walk, you will feel much better if you do. Hang in there- you're not alone!!

Plan, plan, plan. Plan your meals, at least a day or two in advanced. I like to plan my breakfast, lunch and dinner, then I can be creative with snacks (apple, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.).
