Im on Day 6 Level 1, have been missing a lot of days but that's due to gym classes so im still doing something. Well done! im on day 5, really enjoy it as its only 20-30 mins, its actually putting me off my gym classes lol Though I have been missing days so its more like day 5 when I should be on day 8/9, still doing classes or walks on the missed days so im hoping for good results!

No not overweight, just clothes are tighter & I feel a lot heavier than I was. I have always been between 9'8 & 10'2 my highest and last year I just piled it on. Just want to feel good on holiday and go stuff my face and still be happy to come home 5lb heavier :D
