Soooo im in need of some guidance or just your success tips.
I started at 11 stone 7lbs in Jan, now im at 10 stone 10lbs, im 5'10 so ideally I was looking to be 9 stone 8lbs for my holiday on 17th June and tone up ( problem areas butt, thigh & Muffin top)
I have been 10'10 for a good few weeks now & its driving me crazy! I Do 4 Gym Classes a week, 2 days 4 mile walk & swimming. Eating wise Breakfast either eggs or Weetabix, Lunch Chicken salad or baked potato, Dinner gym days shake others chicken or fish & veggies.
What am I doing wrong ??

More than likely, you're doing nothing wrong. You may be transferring body fat for muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat.
Is 9'8 a realistic goal? Are you in good shape now? Not obese (I don't think so). So what is the real reason for this loss? Happy to listen if you want to discuss.0 -
No not overweight, just clothes are tighter & I feel a lot heavier than I was. I have always been between 9'8 & 10'2 my highest and last year I just piled it on. Just want to feel good on holiday and go stuff my face and still be happy to come home 5lb heavier0
