Asking for a friend (really). She hit it hard last night on leg day and isn't sore today - not one bit. She doesn't want to add weight because her ankles and knees are tore up from many years of ballet. Any advice?

A nap. In the shade on a breezy 80 degree day. In a hammock. For like 5 hours. And I want it to begin at 11am and end at 11am. So, I don't lose 5 hours of my day but my nap is 5 hours long. Is that too much to ask?

That being said, don't put so much "weight" on the scales numbers. I held steady at 188 for almost 2 months of my journey (the first 2 months). But I dropped 2 pants sizes.

I think that is assuming you switch out syrups you will save that many calories a day. And that is assuming someone eats 330 calories worth of syrup a day, and if you're in a 330 calorie deficit you could lose 34 pounts in one year? Silly marketing strategies.

Yes! Be careful of this! I don't ever try to eat back my "earned" calories anyways. Unless I'm ravenous. Unless you have a heart rate monitor! Then your calorie count will be more accurate!
