Hi, what do the directions on the package say. Not familiar with that brand. For an 8oz cup, I would suggest just trying a teaspoon and see if that helps or even half of a teaspoon if that's too strong.

Right there with you. I was at 283 and have lost a little over 5 lbs (not that much but every step counts). The first day is always the hardest (in my opinion) but I've been on my journey for almost a week and I feel good about the changes that I've made.

My husband and I also want to have a baby but we both agreed that I need to loose weight before we start trying. I have 100lbs but even loosing 80 would make me happy.
