Omg the last time I logged in was back in 2013, going from 180lbs to 128lbs in October 2014. Since then I maintained the weight loss, however due to health reasons, I slowed down my exercise regimen and gained 16lbs from December 2014 to...well now. So Im back on MFP to help with my weight loss goals!
P.S. I started my weight loss journey when I was 23, I'm going to be 26yrs old this year. Am I young still?? Lol0
