I don't know about "stupid" advice.....I try not to give "stupid" advice. But then again, the research I've done in the past two years. I guess we'd be calling those people "stupid". But.....they've proven themselves. Oh well...

Isabelle has a point, especially on water. I can almost assure you that if you start drinking water, it not only cleans out and detoxifies your system. Try to drink two glasses of water, give it a few minutes. If you're still hungry, drink two more glasses of water give it a few more minutes. If after 20 minutes you are still hungry, and it's happened to me plenty of times I get a bowl of oatmeal, and generally that does the trick.

I'm a beer drinker, and bourbon, and wine. I had to back off due to the calories that are loaded in beer, got a beer belly and working away from that. I'm abstaining for the week, and will have a few on Saturday and that's it. Also got tired of the hangovers.
