  • R2,D1...starts today....lost 7.2 lbs with the first round...im pleased esp since I had guests from out of town visit on day 17...and hence the eating and drinking began...so im not beating myself up about...this is life, so on to Round 2....good luck everyone!!

  • My low back is sore... It feels like muscle soreness... I'm hoping so... I don't really see how I could have injured it... I know he says hold ur core in at all times... But it's not that easy for me... My core is not good... LOL..

  • So listening to everyone, i think its safe to say one should increase their caloric intake while doing insanity. So I just adjusted mines based on my BMR and the Harris-Benedict Equation for daily caloric needs minus 700/day for weight loss. You use energy no matter what you're doing, even when sleeping.
