I think that 60-70 during stretch is the afterburn from Fire 30...I mean I log them all from beginning to end, put dont separate them...I consider it cals burned for the entire workout!!!

The first time I did Fire 30-new to class, I burned 512 cals...the second time I did it I burned something like 306....I have my Fire 30 today and I will definitely post my cals burned here in the thread...I think that you should invest in a HRM though...it makes a big difference in knowing what your max HR gets…

OMG...I just did the Fire 55 EZ new to class...burned 847 cals....I dont burn that many cals in body pump, zumba or spin!!!

I started Turbo Fire on 10/7...jus did day 3, Fire 30, stretch 10...I am so excited to get tothe point where i see results...I am looking for some accountability to stick through this for the entire program...add me if you are just starting out or if you have been doing it for a while and would like to share stories...

Thats what I'm thinking...I am going to up my cals a few hundred and see if I start losing again...now that I am more active, I'm quite sure I'm burning more than MFP thinks!!!

When you say MFP was off by 1000 cals...do you mean in the amount of cals it suggested you consume..I just placed a post stating that my Turbo Fire booklet suggested that I burn 2000 cals as opposed to MFP's 1200...could this be the reason for my 2 month plateau??? I change mines just over 5 pounds maybe at 7 or 8...when I know I am actually keeping the 5 off and heading to the next 10 :)!!!

whas diet food??? 2% milk is not diet milk, its just contains less fat, whole wheat bread, I dont eat processed meals either...and I dont consider the food I eat "diet food" what is that...I am just eating healthier..to my liking!!

you must wear a HRM if you want accurate cals for something like that...you can log it in under cardio but MFP is prob giving you the 83 cals....
